Kai Group acquires Hellodì

  • With this transaction, Kai Group, the international group founded by Andrea Radrizzani, strengthens its integrated marketing, media, technology and talent platform, expanding its offering of content, creativity and solutions for brands and partners. 
  • Having generated more than €37 million in revenue since its inception, Hellodì closed 2025 with approximately €7 million in turnover. 
  • Hellodì operates through its influencer marketing division, the company's original core business, as well as creative agency Bloomind and video production company RedFir, both developed within the Hellodì ecosystem. 

Milan, June 29, 2026 – Kai Group, the international group founded by Andrea Radrizzani and specialized in the development of integrated marketing, media, technology and talent platforms across the sports, music and entertainment industries, has acquired Hellodì, the Milan-based agency founded in 2016 and led by Alex Ballato and Francesco Ferrari, specializing in influencer marketing, digital communication, video production and branded content development. 

The transaction further strengthens an already established relationship between the two companies: Andrea Radrizzani has been a shareholder of Hellodì since 2019 and has now completed the acquisition, investing in a company that has built a significant position within the Italian digital communications market over the past several years. 

In 2025, Hellodì recorded approximately €7 million in revenue, bringing total revenues generated during its first nine years of operations to more than €37 million. 

This growth trajectory has established the company as one of the most solid and long-standing independent businesses in the industry, while progressively diversifying its business activities. Today, Hellodì operates through Hellomedia, its original influencer marketing division, alongside creative agency Bloomind and video production company RedFir, both developed within the group. 

Over the years, Hellodì has collaborated with creators, media companies and sports organizations, developing projects ranging from talent management and content production to social media strategies, editorial formats and integrated campaigns for both national and international brands.

The acquisition will enable Hellodì to further accelerate its growth by integrating into an international ecosystem active across sports and music, while preserving the management team and expertise that have driven the company's development to date. 

Alex Ballato and Francesco Ferrari will remain at the helm of the company as Co-Chief Executive Officers.

The transaction is aimed at expanding the Group's service offering, entering new markets, strengthening commercial and operational synergies across the organization and integrating Hellodì into an international network of companies operating in the communications and media sectors.
